Caught in a cycle of poverty 

Need to achieve access to safe, effective, quality and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all

Need to ensure equal economic  opportunity and reduce inequalities of outcome, including promoting women entrepreneurship. 

Need to ensure that all girls and boys get equitable and quality education leading to relevant and effective learning outcomes 

Need to substantially increase community youth numbers who have relevant vocational skills, for decent jobs and entrepreneurship  

Need to end all forms of malnutrition, towards agreed targets on stunting and wasting in children under 5 years of age.

Need to improve proportion of youth and adults with information and communications technology (ICT) skills.
